This Grand Cru comes from the Malate plantation in the Ilam region of Nepal. This hidden estate, nestled in the heart of the forest, enjoys an exceptional climate for tea cultivation, where the tea plants are continually shrouded in mist that supports their growth. A refined spring white tea that elegantly unfolds notes of heady flowers, vanilla, and citrus over a smooth texture.
Suggestion of preparation
How to prepare it hot:
Using a tasting set or a teapot: steep for 5 minutes in water at 80°C (180°F).
How to prepare it iced:
Using a teapot or a carafe: steep 8 g of leaves in 50 cl of room-temperature water for 50 minutes. Remove the leaves and refrigerate.
