Ichi, which means "one" in Japanese, is the perfect discovery matcha, offering everything a good, beautiful, and accessible matcha should be. Ichi is an invitation to travel between the elegance of Japanese tradition and the creativity of the modern world, embodied by the matcha latte.
Its name pays tribute to the Japanese philosophy of Ichi-go Ichi-e ("one time, one meeting"). In the spirit of cha no yu (the tea ceremony), every bowl is an invitation to savor the moment.
Terroirs of excellence
Behind its emerald green color lies rigorous craftsmanship. This delicious ceremonial grade matcha comes from a subtle blend of tencha from two of Japan's most iconic terroirs: Kagoshima and Shizuoka.
Crafted from tea bushes aged 10 to 40 years, using saemidori and yabukita cultivars harvested in spring and autumn, it offers a balanced taste and a vibrant green powder.

Suggestion of preparation
Step 1
Take 1 teaspoon (or 2 spatulas) of matcha
Step 2
Sift it into your bowl
Step 3
Pour 5 cl of water heated to 70 °C and whisk vigorously in a w-shape until you obtain a smooth and frothy texture.
Step 4 (optional)
Add 10 cl of milk for a latte (optional)

To preserve the quality of this delicate tea, it is best kept in the refrigerator once opened. Consume within 45 days after opening.
