Description
This Korean black tea is made in Boseong county. It is produced by our friend Mr Choi. It is harvested in a magnificent tea garden in the south of the "land of morning calm".
This organic Grand Cru reveals intense notes of spice, fruits, praline and caramel that build to a powerful chocolatey note.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
