Description
This spring tea is from the island of Kyushu, more specifically from Kirishima. It is made by Mr. Kurazono using the Asanoka cultivar, which was registered in 1996. Spring harvests are known as Ichibancha, and are well known for their complexity.
A perfectly balanced green tea with vegetal, seaside and seaweed notes that develop an intense umami flavour.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 70°C.
With the Kyusu / Shiboridashi by successive 1 minute infusions.
