Description
Ichibancha, which means "first flush", teas are the most highly prized in Japan. This Spring tea is harvested in Oosumi in Kagoshima province in Japan. It is processed from a recent tea cultivar called Nanmei, which was registered in 2014.
A very fresh Ichibancha tea that has a delicate marine character, sweet iodised notes and a long-lasting fruitiness.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2' minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the Kyusu / Shiboridashi by successive 1 minute infusions.
