Description
This Grand Cru is made in a family-owned plantation that was founded in 2006. The plantation is highly committed to organic agriculture. Its name, which means "grandfather", is a token of respect and a tribute to heritage and tradition.
A sweet and smooth oolong with delicately roasted, zesty and fruity notes.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Appearance: rolled in the Chinese « dragonfly head » style

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
