This Grand Cru is produced in the Orange Valley Tea Estate located at over 2,000 metres above sea level beside the town of Darjeeling. The second flush takes place from may to june. Its leaves are more oxidised than those of a spring flush.
The woody, polished, fruity and finely spiced fragrances of this summer Darjeeling are revealed by a subtle astringency which gives them a long finish.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
