Harvested in Panchthar, nestled in the Nepal Himalayas, this spring tea is made in the Pathivara tea estate. The tea plants that grow at this high-altitude benefit from the favorable climate and pure air found in this unique, secluded area.
A spring black tea offering superb orange blossom, violet, almond and vanilla notes, supported by a silky texture that gives the notes a long finish.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
Also delicious iced: Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
