 A new limited-edition creation joins the Grain-based Herbal teas collection: Pear delight is a deliciously gourmet and fruity herbal tea, where pear blends with the gentle sweetness of buckwheat and oats.

This recipe is naturally caffeine-free and contains no added sugar. It can be enjoyed throughout the day, hot or iced.

Made from ingredients sourced from organic farming, this blend is available exclusively loose-leaf to encourage more responsible consumption.

Ingredients

Oats (Avena sativa)

Widely cultivated in Central Europe, this cereal is most often consumed in the form of flakes, used for example in granola or porridge. Its lightly toasted flavor also makes it a versatile and popular plant-based milk.

Buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum)

Also known as black wheat, this polygonaceous plant is grown in harsh climates such as Brittany. Its seeds are eaten whole, toasted, or ground into flour to make traditional pancakes. Its toasted hazelnut notes are especially appreciated in baking.

Pear (Pyrus communis)

An emblematic fruit of European orchards, pear can be enjoyed both raw and cooked, in desserts, compotes, or incorporated into various recipes. Its juicy, tender flesh and delicately sweet, floral flavor make it a valued ingredient for its softness and versatility.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this infusion warm:

In a tasting set or teapot: immerse 10 g of infusion in 50 cl of water at 90°C for 5 minutes.

Prepare this infusion iced: 

In a teapot or carafe: immerse 8 g of infusion in 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Filter and store in a cool place.

Prepare this infusion latte: 

In a large mug: heat 30 cl of coconut or cow milk, then immerse 8 g of infusion for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the intensity chosen. Filter and froth.
