Description

Discover a roasted tea from Korea, following the tradition of Japanese Hojicha. The twigs and tea leaves harvested in spring are finely chopped then roasted at high temperature to develop deep and irresistible fragrances. 

An amber, smooth liquor with woody, vanilla, and fruity hints. A rare and remarkable curiosity that will delight the palates of whisky enthusiasts.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm: 

With a teapot or a tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 90°C (195°F).

Prepare this tea iced: 

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
