Un Ichibancha en provenance de Oosumi à Kagoshima. Il est produit par Mr Takayuki. Le cultivar utilisé est le Saekari, qui est réalisé à partir du Saemidori et du Z1. Ce cultivar assez rare a été enregistré il y a une dizaine d'années.
This green tea reveals a persistent powdery texture, and an aromatic variety including vegetal and iodised notes and with an intense chestnut note. This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 2 minutes in water heated to 70°C.
With the Kyusu by successive infusions of 1 minute.
