The ingredients that make up Organic Scandinavian Detox herbal tea
This herbal tea is made of:
birch: birch (betula in Latin) is a symbol of renewal in Nordic culture and renowned for its high flavonoid content with their antioxidant properties, and contains diuretic and cleansing agents enabling the body to eliminate toxins. As such, birch leaves, bark and sap make for perfect ingredients for a detox herbal tea.
sea buckthorn, cranberry, elder, blueberry: this blend of wild berries with antioxidant properties and a high vitamin content provides the body with the health benefits it needs to naturally support our immune defences. Due to their high vitamin C, these ingredients help to revitalise your body, so you can stay healthy all year round. Combining these berries in the recipe gives it fruity, gourmet notes.
This herbal tea is made using organically grown ingredients, and has been recognised with several organic certifications: the AB label, the European Union organic certification label, Certified Organic by Ecocert, the USDA Organic label.

Infuse 15g of Scandinavian DETOX in 1L of water at 90°C for 4-5 min.
How to prepare this infusion iced:
Infuse 16g of Scandinavian DETOX in 1L of water at room temperature for 1 hour.
When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
Scandinavian Detox does not contain caffeine, and its health benefits are the same when this herbal tea is enjoyed hot as when it is iced, alongside breakfast or as a detox herbal tea for your immune defences in the evening. It is recommended to drink 2 cups a day to get the most from the qualities this herbal tea offers. Does not replace a healthy lifestyle and balanced diet.
