Description
This Ichibancha is grown from the soil of Izumi, Kagoshima, Japan. It is produced from the renowned Yabukita cultivar. Ichibancha are made from the first harvest of the year, and these teas are the most complex and highly sought-after.
This tea stands out thanks to its remarkable salty note, which complements its umami taste and lovely round texture.
