Earl Grey is a great English classic: the story goes that Charles Grey, Earl of Falodon and Foreign Secretary of the British Kingdom in the mid-19th century, received from a Chinese Mandarin an old and unusual recipe for flavoring his tea with bergamot.
Prepare this tea warm:
In a tasting set or teapot: 4 minutes in water at 200°F.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves in 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
