A sorghum herbal tea
Sorghum has been cultivated in South Korea since ancient times. Considered one of the ‘five sacred grains’, it is traditionally believed to have longevity-enhancing properties. Roasted and then infused, it is enjoyed by young and old alike during the changing seasons!
Sorghum seeds reveal delicate notes of buckwheat, toasted almonds and vanilla, leaving an incredibly sweet taste in the mouth.
