Tamaryokucha can be translated as "coiled green tea", in reference to its leaves, which are shaped to resemble commas. Growers in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan specialise in this production method, and produce beautiful Grands Crus just like this one. This tea is made from a rare cultivar called saeakari, renowned for its intense vegetal notes and delicately gourmet.

This spring green tea with a smooth texture reveals vegetal and marine notes that develop into vanilla and buttery hints.
