Description

A Shincha green tea from Tenryū, Shizuoka. It is made from the Asatsuyu cultivar by Mr Suzuki. This cultivar is one of the oldest recorded in Japan, and is known as "Natural Gyokuro" due to its exceptional aromatic concentration. This Japanese new season tea develops a very powerful umami taste which combines with a round, thick texture and vegetal and butter notes.

This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
