Léo, our Tea Seeker, recommended that Mrs. Choi create a white tea to reveal her terroir in its most pure and refined form. She went on to make an incredible sample. This rare gem is as unique here as it is in Korea! 

This highly refined Grand Cru offers a host of delightful peony and fresh fruit notes that develop into honeyed, and vanilla hints. A true marvel!

This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Suggestion of preparation

To prepare hot tea:

With a tasting set or teapot: infuse for 7 minutes in water at 70°C (160°F).

According to the gong fu cha method: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

To prepare iced tea:

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves in 50 cl of room-temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and chill.
