Description
This Georgian green tea is harvested in the region of Guria. Its name, Phoenix, is a reference to the way the leaves are processed: at the end of the production process they undergo intense roasting, which gives this tea its unique characteristics.
This original Grand Cru reveals complex roasted notes which develop into a fruity finish against a silky texture.
