Hailing from the village of Gatanga, this unique Grand Cru sublimates the emblematic TRFK/306/1 cultivar. This "purple tea," famous for its crimson leaves naturally rich in antioxidants, reveals a rare aromatic profile thanks to a subtle and mastered roasting process.

Prepare this tea hot:
Using a tasting set or teapot: 3 minutes in water at 90°C.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or carafe: infuse 8g of leaves in 50cl of room-temperature water for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and place in the refrigerator.
