Description
This Grand Cru is made in Yuan Yang, Yunnan province. It was harvested in 2019 at over 1,000 metres above sea level.This dark tea is a Shu ("cooked") Pu Erh, which is a tea in which the fermentation process has been accelerated.
An elegant tea compressed into a cake, developing complex fragrances of undergrowth combined with subtle caramel and fruity notes.
