Description
This tea is grown in Baguashan, in the Nantou region of Taiwan. From the qing xin cultivar, it is produced by the Wang family. The leaves are lightly roasted during manufacture to reveal a particularly indulgent aromatic palette.
A magnificent oolong with notes of caramel, vanilla and coffee bean underscored by a highly smooth texture.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cL of water at room temperature 45 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
