Description
A Grand Cru harvested in the Dahei mountains in Yunnan province. It is made from the Taiwanese jin xuan cultivar, traditionally used to make oolong. Its name, “red dragon”, calls to mind Chinese red teas and Taiwanese black teas.
A tea with woody and fruity notes boasting an elegant floral finish with hints of freesia. An exceptional black tea with an attractive powdery texture.

Prepare this tea warm:
With a teapot or a tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
According to the gong fu cha method: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
