Nika and Baaka, two talented and visionary Georgian growers, have created an oolong by drawing inspiration from the famous Chinese rock teas, which are also called yancha. This oolong has undergone an intense roasting process to bring out powerful toasted and fruity notes.

Both powerful and well-rounded, with its subtly powdered texture and intense notes, this unique oolong blends woody, roasted and fruity fragrances.

Further information

The legend of Saint George tells the story of a Christian soldier and a dragon who demanded human sacrifices as offerings. Saint George, a valiant warrior, confronted the dragon and tamed it. He tied up the dragon and led it into the city and saved the princess who was his prisoner.

Saint George is the patron saint of soldiers and knights, as well as the patriarch of Georgia. A huge statue of him stands in Tbilisi's central square.
