Description
This third flush white tea is made in the Sandakphu tea plantation near Mai Pokhari, where the tea plants benefit from the purity of the air as they grow. The creator of this highly original Grand Cru took inspiration from the production method behind Oriental Beauty.
This Grand Cru develops fine fruity notes which bring to mind mango, papaya and lemon.

Suggestion of preparation
With the teapot or the tasting set: 7 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the Gong Fu Cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
