This excellent Gao Shan Cha is a small artisan batch made by the Wang family. A Gao Shan Cha is a high-altitude tea: this one comes from Shan Li Xi Mountain, and it is harvested at over 1,200 metres above sea level from the Qing Xin cultivar. An exceptional tea.

This sublime oolong boasts a smooth texture, which combines with a sleek, sweet flavour. Its floral, gourmet notes are given a deliciously long finish.
