Description
An experimental green tea made by cross-breeding the Japanese Yabukita cultivar with the giant Shan Tuyet tea plants from Vietnam. The leaves are shaped using the same method as the Chinese Bi Luo Chun.
This Grand Cru evokes yuzu and rose while also developing vanilla and citrusy notes underpinned by an elegant astringency.
