Description
A Grand Cru harvested in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. This tea is made from the shizu-7132 cultivar – also known as sakura-kaori. This extremely rare cultivar is renowned for its sweet taste and rounded notes.
This ichibancha stands out thanks to its indulgent vanilla, cherry and custard notes, which develop against an oily texture. A true delight!

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 160°F.
With the kyusu or the shiboridashi: 6 g / 12 cl

- 3rd infusion: 160°F - 30 seconds
