Flour (wheat flour (gluten), calcium, niacin, iron, thiamin), butter (31%) (milk, salt), sugar, stem ginger (6%) (ginger, sugar), ground rice, ground ginger.
Also may contain nuts, soya and egg. Store in a cool dry place, and consume within 7 days once opened. Handmade in Scotland.
