Description

This white tea is harvested in the spring in Yunnan province, China. Following traditional practices, the tea leaves are withered for almost three days. This process gives them their delicate nature and reveals sublime floral notes.

A refined white tea with floral, vanilla and vegetal hints, which subtly develops against a silky texture.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:

With the teapot or the tasting set: 3’45 minutes in water heated to 180°F.

With the Gong Fu Cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Also delicious iced:

Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
