Description
This Grand Cru from Baguashan is a spring flush. It is produced by the Wang family from the renowned Si Ji Chun cultivar. This oolong has been mildly oxidised, then rolled into small pearls.
A delicate Grand Cru which reveals a highly round texture with intense floral and vanilla fragrances. A highly elegant tea.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend multiple infusions using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
