Description
This Shu Pu Erh is harvested in Yunnan province, at an altitude of 1,700 metres on Phoenix Mountain. It is made from Assamica tea plants, which give it a particularly rich aromatic profile.
A dark tea with spiced, mineral and undergrowth notes which reveal an umami taste and an elegantly powdered texture.
