Description
An atypical tea reminiscent of Chinese white teas due to the withering process. It also recalls the aromatic notes of fruit and honey characteristic of oolongs. Harvested in the Columbian Andes, it is a quite unique Grand Cru.

- Appearance: large leaves and buds.
- Colours: green and brown leaves, with a few silvery buds.
- Scents: dry vegetal, flowery.

- Scents : fruity, flowery (rose), vanilla, vegetal.

- Colours: orange.
- Texture: silky.
- Flavours: sweet.
- Aromas: vegetal (stems, dry vegetal), fresh nuts, fruity (raisins), floral nuances, with a vanilla and honeyed finale.
- Aromatic profile and length in the mouth: A sweet and very round tea with an atypical aromatic profile that combines notes reminiscent of a Bai Mu Dan (dry vegetal, nuts) and notes that recall certain Oolong teas (fruity, honeyed).
