Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea :
Steep 6g in 30 cl of water at 75° during 3 minutes.
To prepare iced tea :
Steep 15g per 1L water and infuse Thé des Alizés at room temperature for 30 minutes. When the infusion is ready, place the liquor in the fridge to cool.
Punch with Thé des Alizés
