Inspired by the gentle breezes and warm sands of Polynesia, this exclusive flavoured blend transports you into one of Gauguin’s idyllic scenes in the heart of the Pacific. A unique combination of green tea and black tea, deliciously flavoured with almond and vanilla notes, it evokes Tahitian gardenia, almond milk, and jasmine. This delicate tea is an exotic gourmet treat.

This unique recipe has been created in exclusivity for the Paul Gauguin exhibition at the Grand Palais in Paris*, by Mathias Minet, our flavoured tea creator.
A flavoured blend inspired by Gauguin’s final years in Tahiti, a gourmet extend of exotic and sensual colours of Gauguin’s paintings.
The beautiful metal canister also put one of Gauguin's iconic painting in the spotlight: Les femmes de Tahiti – 1891**

Tea and dishes message

Thé Gauguin paired with sweet food:
- With a Fontainebleau dessert not very sweet, serve the tea at the normal temperature.
- With sponge-type cakes (plain or vanilla flavoured), serve the tea at the normal temperature.
- With a fruit salad, serve the tea at room temperature.

Thé Gauguin paired with savoury food:
- Shellfish: to accompany pan-fried or griddled scallops with vanilla, or langoustine; serve the tea at room temperature to add a little kick.
- Fish: with a white fish curry; serve the tea at the normal temperature, which will offset the spices and add a touch of sweetness.
- Meat: with white meat such as chicken, in a more exotic dish such as a Thai salad; serve the tea at room temperature.
