Description
This South Korean Grand Cru is made in Boseong County. This beautiful plantation has an extraordinary climate with a permanent fog and ideal temperatures for growing tea plants, as well as a unique ocean microclimate.
A sweet and smooth black tea which reveals soft woody and toasted notes, as well as cooked fruit, cocoa and cereal fragrances.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

Aromatic profile and length in the mouth: a complex and subtle black tea which reveals unique woody, toasted, fruity and cocoa notes. Its smooth texture has a long finish when tasting, and its subtly sweet taste wonderfully enhances the fragrances.
Suggestion of preparation
With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
