Description

This South Korean Grand Cru is made in Boseong County. This beautiful plantation has an extraordinary climate with a permanent fog and ideal temperatures for growing tea plants, as well as a unique ocean microclimate.
A sweet and smooth black tea which reveals soft woody and toasted notes, as well as cooked fruit, cocoa and cereal fragrances.

This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

There are at least two reasons that this Grand Cru is not to be missed. Firstly, South Korean black teas are rare, and secondly, this tea's complex notes, variety and long finish are a delight.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 4' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
