Description
Tie Guan Yin is a renowned Chinese oolong. Its name is taken from its tea type, as well as the cultivar from which it is made. It also means "Iron goddess of mercy", after a legend inspired by the goddess Guan Yin.
A sweet oolong with a delicately powdered texture against which honey, biscuit, cinnamon and fruit notes develop.
In order to bring out all the aromatic complexity of this tea, we recommend mutiple infusions multiples using the traditional Chinese Gong Fu Cha method.
