Description
The Tsubomi teapot is made at the Oigen foundry in Japan, which has a heritage of traditional skills dating back to 1862. This exceptional teapot has been finely crafted to achieve its well-proportioned, rounded shape, from which it takes its name: Tsubomi. The word means “bud” in Japanese and echoes the teapot’s harmonious curves, which evoke a flower bud.
With a capacity of 0.6 litres, the Tsubomi teapot has a stainless steel filter and is enamelled, making it suitable for preparing all types of tea. This unique and original object will acquire an incomparably beautiful patina over time.
