Description

A Japanese green tea of rare sweetness

This first flush Grand Cru showcases Tsuyumidori, a highly confidential cultivar (the tea equivalent of a wine grape variety). Grown mainly in southern Japan on the island of Tanegashima, this insular terroir offers ideal conditions for this exceptional tea.

Crafted from young leaves delicately rolled into needles, this 2026 first flush green tea reveals a vibrant green liquor upon infusion.

Its remarkable sweetness is characterized by a total absence of astringency. Upon tasting, it offers a wonderfully smooth and creamy texture. Its highly refined aromatic profile reveals a vegetable bouquet sustained by buttery notes and subtle marine nuances.
