This Vietnamese Grand Cru is from the Lào Cai region. It is harvested at over 1,200 metres above sea level along the Ta Thang mountains. This white tea is harvested in the autumn and is produced from the ancient Shan tea plant variety.
This sweet Grand Cru reveals a silky texture alongside elegant floral, wicker, honey and fruit fragrances.

With the tasting set: 7' minutes in water heated to 70°C.
