Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot rooibos:
Steep 8g (0.2OZ) in 50cl of filtered water at 90°C (190°F) for 5min.
To prepare latte rooibos:
Infuse 8g (0.2OZ) of tea in a mixture of 25 cl of water at 90°C (190°F) and 25 cl of hot milk (cow’s or plant-based) for 5 min into a recipient. Use an electric whisk to make it foam.
With the Iced Tea Brewer:Infuse 8g (0.2OZ) of tea in a mixture of 25 cl of water at 90°C (190°F) and 25 cl of hot milk(cow’s or plant-based) for 5 min within the Iced Tea Brewer. Use an electric whisk to make it foam.
