This fine oolong is rolled into pearls, lightly oxidised and intensely roasted. This Grand Cru comes from Baguashan, in Nantou County, Taiwan. It is produced by the Wang family from the renowned Jin Xuan cultivar.

This delicate oolong reveals precise floral, vegetal and gourmet notes with a sleek mineral hint.
