This Grand Cru comes to us from the Taiwanese County of Nantou, famed for its tea leaves shaped into pearls. These leaves are placed into bamboo baskets and roasted for 48 hours, which gives the tea remarkable toasted notes.

This intensely roasted oolong reveals toasted notes that bring to mind coffee grains and toast, supported by an elegant and smooth texture.
