This Grand Cru is made in Ha Giang province, Vietnam. It comes from the Tay Con Linh mountain range and is produced from an ancient Camellia Sinensis species known as the Shan tea plant. It is harvested at over 1,000 metres above sea level.
An excellent, smooth and sweet white tea which reveals soft floral, fruity and vanilla notes. A highly elegant Grand Cru.
This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.

With the tasting set: 7' minutes in water heated to 70°C.
With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
