Description
This Grand Cru comes from Phoenix mountain. It is harvested at over 1,700 metres above sea level and it is produced by Mister Zhang from wild tea plants. This is a Pu Erh Shu, which means that its fermentation process has been accelerated.
A Pu Erh Shu with a dense texture and intense aromatic profile which reveals damp wood and mushroom fragrances with smoked and fruity hints.

With the tasting set: 5' minutes in water heated to 90°C.
