Description
It takes a 7-hour hike through the jungles of Chiang Mai to gaze upon the huge tea plants Ms Yok cares for. This Grand Cru is made from wild tea plants, some of which are a thousand years old. A sensory journey to the original sources of camellia sinensis!
This tea reveals vegetal and vanilla hints, alongside mysterious notes that bring to mind dragon fruit. A beautiful rare and unique Grand Cru.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the tasting set or a teapot: 4 minutes in water heated to 175°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.
