Description
This black tea is produced in Yanki Tea in the Mirik valley, India. It is made from the Tukdah 78 and Ambari Vegetative 2 clonal cultivars. It is harvested by hand at between 600 and 2,220 metres above sea level.
A sweet and sharp Grand Cru with woody, vegetal and almond fragrances which develop against an astringent texture.
