Description
This tea comes from Mount Song, Yunnan province. It is harvested at over 1,900 metres above sea level. This Grand Cru is a Shu Pu Erh, which means that this tea's fermentation process has been accelerated. This tea received the refined Yi Ji grade.
A dark tea with woody, humus and fruity notes which combine with a sweet, umami taste.
