Made up entirely of silky, fine buds, this Grand Cru is the most popular white tea in China. It is also one of the most subtle of its kind. These silver needles are harvested on Taimu mountain in Fuding, and are produced from the famous Fuding Da Bai cultivar.

A complex, subtle Chinese tea with floral, fruity and vegetal notes, which are mixed in to an oily texture. A superb classic.

Suggestion of preparation

With the tasting set: 10' minutes in water heated to 70°C.

With the Gong Fu Cha (teapot/Gaiwan): infusions during 30-40 secondes.
