This rare white tea comes from the Phoenix Mountain in Yunnan province. It is harvested at 1,600 metres above sea level. Its fine harvest is made up of large, mostly untreated leaves, alongside long silvery buds.

With the tasting set: 7' minutes in water heated to 70°C.
